# of Transactions per Customer in Saved Search or Report

Probably a really easy question, but we're having a tough time finding a way to show the # of transactions (sales orders, for instance) that each customer has had in a saved search or report.

We'd like to have a column that shows the # of sales orders a customer has had.

Any ideas?
