Item Fulfillment Saved Search

Does anyone know a way to get the package weight out of a transaction saved search on an item fulfillment?

I was using a transaction saved search with my criteria being an Item fulfilled in the last 30 days. The information is under the packages tab inside the item fulfillment. What is crazy is that I can pull the tracking number from this tab but not the total weight of the package or even the individual package weight. However you can see it right next to the tracking number.

I filed case 1116088 and was told this in an enhancement 89367 but wanted to know how others might have tackled this problem.
