Report measuring the time it takes to process an order

I'm trying to figure out how to create a report that calculates the time in between when an estimate is verified (we have a custom field for this) and when the Sales Order # is Set.

I can find the fields that I want (System Notes>Date), it's just getting the conditions set.  I need the difference in time from when Verified is Changed from F to T and when Order # is Set.

Any suggestions?
