Lead Source from Sales Order (not Cash Sale or Customer)

On the Sales Order record, there is a field called Lead Source.

However, when I create a report on the Sales Order and try to find the Lead Source field, it shows only the Lead Source field from the customer record.

Where is the Lead Source field for the sales order?

The business goal is the customer record may have been created from a pay per click campaign on Google but each sales order for that customer may have been created from PPC from Google, Bing, etc or from an email campaign.

Any thoughts?
