Saved Search with Counts Summary
I have a report that gives information like the below:
Wave number
Date of First Email
Date of Payment
Date of Provisioning
Date of Download
etc.
I wanted to create a metrics report that said, filtering on wave:
Total number in wave
absolute # and % who have gotten their first email
absulute # and % who have paid
etc.
I am having trouble. If I use count as a type on my saved search results, it only returns UNIQUE records. So if two people paid on the same day, it only considers that one record. I dont understand how to get this data converted to # of cells that have data vs. looking for unique values.
