Save Search. How to exclude items from a specific vendor?

Hello,

I created this search:

Type is Sales Order  
Main Line is false  
Status is Sales Order:Pending Fulfillment  
Shipping Line is false  
Item : Back Ordered is greater than 0  
Tax Line is false  
Item : Display Name does not contain Final Sale  
Item : Type is not Assembly/Bill of Materials  
Item : brand (Custom) is not custom suit

I want to also exclude items that belongs to a certain vendor.

How do I do that?
