Scheduled Saved Search Sends Results not Email
I've been trying for several days to get a Scheduled Saved Search set up to send each recipient an email message (not the results of the search).
Here's what's happening:
When the scheduled saved search runs, an email is sent to each recipient of the search. The email contains a single record for that person with their results. The Intro field is only displayed, however the email text in the "Single Record Results" field is never displayed.
This is not what I want. I want the body of the email to be sent, NOT their results.
The help text states that "single-record results" occur when the "Summarize Scheduled Emails" option has been disabled. I have this option disabled.
