REPLACE Expression with Null and Integer

I need help figuring this one out. I can't find a way to replace an integer or null result with text in a search formula.

Basically, I'm trying to replace out all the "null" and ">0" values stored in quantity available ( {quantityavailable} ).

If the quantity available is null, I want to replace with 'Available to Order', if the quantity on hand is >0, I want to replace with 'In Stock'.
