Most Recent Message for Support Case Doesn't Seem to Work

Hello,

I am attempting to create a saved search for Support Cases that shows includes a column for the Most Recent Message.

I have set Most Recent Message = true in the Criteria; however, as soon I as include Messages:Message in the Results, every message for every case is outputed.

Ideas?
