how to retrieve Sales Order line items in email

Hi,
How can i retrieve Sales order transaction line item details in the email using Saved Search email option (on new record creation).
Currently after configuring saved search i am getting single line in email.
I am using Customize Message option under the Email tab.

Any help will be appreciate.
