Report Permissions

Hi,

A certain user can access a report if I email them the URL, but it's not listed under "All Reports" also not in Global Search...

Under Role Permissions --> Reports, I have:

"Sales", "Sales Order Fulfillment Reports", "Sales Order Reports", "Sales Order Transaction Reports"  - View Access Level

The report is "Sales by Sales Rep" which I customized, I gave access to "All Roles" & "All Employees"

What else should I check?
