Saved Search Sending Twice
Hi All,
Any ideas on this.
I am trying to create a saved search email that we will use in place of the fulfillment email. I have a custom field on the transaction record 'consignment number' that is populated via webservices. When this field is updated, I would like to send an email to the customer with the tracking number. I have it working but it is sending twice.
CRITERA:
Type is ITEM FULFILMENT
Main Line is TRUE
Date is WITHIN TODAY
Customer is MY TEST CUSTOMER
RESULTS:
Consignment Number (custom)
Customer : Email
EMAIL TAB:
Header Section
Send Email Alerts when records are Created/Updated = YES
