Formula help needed

i created a saved search to show how long in days it has been since a lead record has been handled.  I am wanting the results to display in groups of 30-60-90-120 & 120+ days.  They can be displayed as 1-30 days, 31-60 days, 61-90 days, 91-120 days, 121+ days or Over 120 days.  I am not picky as to how the groups are specifically displayed at this time as long as they are displayed into these groups for reporting out on.

Is there a formula that i can use to make my results display this way?
