Search NetSuite directly from Chrome
When I pull up a browser and log into NetSuite, more than half the time it's so I can search for something. I wanted to search NetSuite as easily as I can search the web by typing into the address box in Chrome. It turns out it's not hard to set up. Here's how:
1. Open Chrome's preferences and go to Settings.
2. Open "Manage search engines…" and scroll to the bottom.
3. Select "add a new search engine". In the three blanks enter:
NetSuite
