Does anyone know how to create comparative financial statement report month vs last year same month ?

for example filter date range : january 2013 - March 2013

so the column will be :
January 2013, January 2012, Variance, Variance%, February 2013, February 2012, Variance, Variance %, March 2013, March 2012, Variance, Variance %
