Duplicate Results in a Saved Search

I am trying to do some analysis on the success of my lead nurturing campaigns and have created a saved search that is showing my transaction amount, click through count, etc but I am getting duplicate company names (sometimes showing up 5 times). How do I only get the search to avoid the duplication?
