Edit a Saved Search

I have a user that is the owner of a Saved Search and would like to make changes to it. When she clicks on  Edit this Search button, she only see the Preview button, so she is not able to save her changes. What permissions need to be changed to allow her to save the changes she wants to make to this Saved Search.
