Web Services ... Where to begin?

Hi,

We're looking at options to sync our Netsuite calendar with our international headquarters (not Netsuite).  I'm looking for any information I can find on Web services and don't see anything at all.  So ... I have two questions.

1.  Where do I find out about web services for Netsuite?
2.  Can anyone list specific options for Calendar syncing?
