VB.NET - Web Services Examples

edited Dec 2, 2019 3:14PM in SuiteCloud / Customization 2 comments

We are trying to use VB.NET with WS (2.5) to update a custom field in a sales record.

The field we are trying to update has already been created with a default value during the order creation process.

The field is one of 3 or 4 custom fields found under the itemlist

It is named custbody_serialnumber

The sample applications are limited and outdated so they are of no value.  The examples I have found on this forum all have failed.

Is this even possible?

Has anyone out there successfully used VB.NET to update custom fields in Netsuite?

Sure would appreciate some direction (samples) here.  It seemed fair to create a new thread for VB examples here since there are so few.

Howdy, Stranger!
