Support case creation/update notification suddenly stopped working
Hi there,
this has been causing a headache for us since last week.
We have a web app that used webservices to login support cases in NetSuite. We're using wsdl 2.0.0.
Suddenly absolutely NO emails were sent by netsuite upon case creation or case update. The code is the same, it adds the appropriate email addesses in the email field of the supportCase object, separated by ';'.
Has someone out there experienced this? This might be related to our upgrade to 2007, but I'm just speculating.
