***Important - Login changes in 2008.1***
We've gotten a number of requests for better session management and speed when logging in to NetSuite via WS. As such we are changing our login mechanism such that if you login while already logged in you will be given the existing sessionid instead of destroying the old and creating a new one. If your session has expired or you have logged out it will log you in the standard way.
This will greatly increase the speed of login. It also eliminates the question of "has my session timed out" if you think it may be a while between operations - always login. This doesn't apply to large, bulk import scenarios where you know your session has not timed out, but if an integration only connects to NetSuite based on an event, logging in every time and then performing the operation will be the way to go.
