Preventing the automatic Sales Rep assignment for Customers
I'm saving Customer records using WS and want to prevent the automatic assignment of a Sales Rep.
I've tried creating a RecordRef and setting the internalId to null or empty but this has no effect, it still seems to use the round robin assignment setup in the account.
Turning off round robin isn't an option.
How can I save a custom and not have it auto assign a sales rep? Is this even possible?
