Anyone having problems with Web Services after 2008 upgrade?

We've got web services issues, my consultant tells me. We have recently been upgraded to 2008 and I wonder if there is a connection.

Anyone else having problems?

We have logged it as: Customer Care Case # is 715258.

The system had been running successfully for 8 months before this  problem.
