Import order without a credit card number?

We have an external web site where we capture orders and then use web services to push the orders into Netsuite.

The web site uses the Payflow Pro gateway to place an auth on the customer's credit card.  We get back an PNRef number.

If I import the order into Netsuite with the credit card number, the order has the credit card number, PNRef, etc. and everything looks fine.

But, if I import the order without the credit card, I do not see the PNRef value on the Payment tab of the order even though I included it on the web service call.
