Desktop task alerter written by NS employee?

I seem to recal that a NetSuite employee created a task tray "notifier" application similar to Gmail or Outlook notifier.  I can't find it anywhere and my searches haven't turned up anything (yet).

Anyone know what I'm talking about and if so where I can find it?
