Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Need help correcting data import errors
Netsuite,
We use a 3rd party solutions provider to import orders from Amazon. However, sometimes the orders in Netsuite don't match the totals from Amazon. We've troubleshot this with our provider and it looks like the data that is getting sent over to Netsuite is correct, but then Netsuite is overriding the data sent and putting in new values.
For example: on some items in Amazon we charge more there than on our webstore in order to compensate for Amazon's fees. However, when orders with these items are imported into Netsuite, the price gets changed back to Netsuite's default base price. Our provider says he can't see any setting in Netsuite that will fix this. Could someone in Netsuite's web services contact us so we can figure out why this is happening?
