Getting a list of Countries

Hi all,

I am using phptoolkit and wish to design a query to pull a list of countries.  I have found the list in the Schema Browser (_afghanistan,_albania,_algeria,_americanSamoa,_andorra...), however, I am unsure of how to get this list using web services via the phptoolkit.  If someone has a php code example, that would be great!
