converting a Sales order to cash sale

Hi friends,
I am using the custom transaction form(Sales Order), and i am entering the payment terms as via Credit card,

I need to convert all the transactions which are entered through web-services to be converted to cash sale and not pending billing automatically,

I don't want to bypass the fulfillment queue.
I am not sure how to do so
can anyone here help me urgently,
