Errors in XML document

Has anyone else been having problems with errors using web services? Recently i have been getting random ones like this:

"There is an error in XML document (1, XXXXXXX)"

The X's being the document number. Its driving me up the wall, keep trying to download the latest product info and have to start all over again because of this glitch.
