Creating Custom Record using PHP Toolkit

Hi All,
  I want to create a custom record using PHP Toolkit. I am able to create a custom record using the code below but I am unable to include fieldlist in it.
[PHP]
$record = new nsComplexObject('CustomRecordType',
        array(
                'recordName' => 'SuiteCoder File SVN'
                ,'scriptId' => '_suitecoder_file_svn'
                ,'fieldList'=> ...
));
[/PHP]

Does anybody have any idea about adding custom fields using Custom Record?
