How to set the module of a case or issue via web service
I can't set the module on a case or issue. We have entered products and modules (Setup -> Issues -> Products); and when you do that there isn't an internalId displayed for the modules. The module is type RecordRef so I create a new RecordRef. But unlike other fields that are RecordRef I can't just set the internalId. Thanks for any help.
