PHPToolKit - Unexpected Error

Hello everyone.
We've been using php tool kit v2010.2 and we are starting to see "Unexpected Error" with no description return when creating cash sales.

Question1: Is anyone experiencing similar behavior when creating Cash Sale? All values are correct and was able to recreate the same cash sale via UI.

Question2: Does Warnings cause failure when attempting to create cash sales with SuiteTalk?
