How to search where the error coming from

Hi All

I hope some expert can help me.

I have the log error with the message :

Unable to add SalesOrder into NetSuite for CustomerId 'xxxxx'.
'Invalid terms reference key 4.. The line total amount is not equal to the item price times the quantity.  Is this correct?. '..


How to do a quick search to locate where this generate from Netsuite?
Or how to trace on which script it generated this message ?
