PHPToolkit2013 How to add custom ship address...

Hi there,

I am having a difficult time finding how to post a custom address to a sales order that I am posting using the PHPToolkit.  I do not want to add the shipping address to the customers addressbook, as it is a large dealer that we process multiple drop ship orders for.

I can post sales orders using the customers addressbook successfully, but I need to setup the ability to add a custom address to each newly created sales order.
