getSelectValue for items on Transfer Order?

I'm trying to use getSelectValue operation to retrieve an item ID for the item sublist on a transfer order in a OneWorld account, but I keep getting 0 results, even though an item exists with the criteria I'm using.  I'm using the "is" operator with item name to retrieve the item internal ID.  I also added the subsidiary filter because I'm in a OneWorld account and NetSuite throws an error if I don't specify a subsidiary in my request.

Below is my XML request (note: I changed the passport information).  Am I missing something?
