PHPToolkit2013 searchMoreWithId doesn't exist?

Hi there,

I am looking to have paging to my search results.  I was able to accomplish this with the previous toolkit version using this code:

$searchId = $searchResponse->searchId;
$searchResponse = $myNSclient->searchMoreWithId($searchId,$pageId);

This doesn't seem to be available in the PHPToolkit version 2013.  Anyone know how to using paging with this new version?
