Caller ID integration with Netsuite to lookup Customer Records

edited Dec 2, 2019 3:00PM in SuiteCloud / Customization 5 comments

I found an old thread about this from 2007, so I am starting a new one in hopes to get updated information/solutions.

Here is the original thread:
https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users/forum/platform-areas/web-services-suitetalk/7097-caller-id-integration-with-netsuite-to-lookup-user-account

We would like to get our inbound Customer calls to open their Customer Record in a new browser window or tab. The ability to click a phone number on their customer record or a sales order screen to make an outbound call would be useful as well, but not totally necessary.

We would like to avoid the need to switch our VOIP provider, as we only have about five or so customer service reps across two companies that need this.

Howdy, Stranger!
