Inserting Transactions from webservices using C#

Hello,

I'm new to SuiteTalk. I successfully connected via webservices, and wanted to see what's the best way to accomplish the following:

Using C# and web services to programmatically insert CSV data for Transactions (Import Type) and Cash Sales (Record Type).
