critical: Please enter a value for Name error -sudden error when creating custom record
Hi, anyone experience this error in web service lately?
We have a custom integration that runs every hour to pickup files somewhere, and create a custom record for any new/updated files.
This runs for couple of months now without any issues, until suddenly last Sept 15, all the add request has received the error: Please enter a value for Name
The name field is already marked in the custom record before, and we are setting value for the name field in the soap request.
I have tried setting also the altname, but still we cannot get rid of this error.
