UPS shipping charges for multiple packages

We ship out cases of paper rolls (which tend to be 25+ lbs) where we ship each case seperately via UPS.  NS automatically bundles the packages together when figuring the UPS charges on our website.  This creates a problem for us when a customer orders on-line because it construes the UPS shipping charges depending on the per package weight.  We do not want to scare a potential customer away with a shipping amount that is way over the amount it should be.  We also do not want want to lose our shirts with on-line orders that have shipping amounts way
