Duplicate URL's in standard template bug.

I am using Netsuite standard templates and if you look at my home page:

http://www.lampspecs.co.uk

It is the same as:

http://www.lampspecs.co.uk/Light-Bulbs-Tubes

The "Light Bulbs & Tubes" tab is set as my home page in Setup Web Site/Set Up Web Site and it appears on every page of my site. This is a real problem because it should link to my home page but it does not so there are no internal backlinks to my home page from my internal pages. As a result Google ignores all my internal pages (Some 3000 and has only index 2 pages).
