Contact Support Online - Is it working?
We have opened some issues online and the status is still "not started" and it has been a couple of months. Is technical support working at all?
We used to have gold phone support but we still have open issues from 6 months ago that have not been resolved or looked at.
I understand that NS must have a very large amount of requested issues but somehow they must be addressed in a timely manner.
I need to open a request involving PayPal checkout express for a promotion ending in March, at this rate it seems it won't even be looked at before the promotion expires.
