Case-Sensitive URLs?!?!?!

All of my URLs appear to be case-sensitive.  Is this just a Netsuite foible or is there a way to get around this that I am not aware of? 

Our page (www.bestamericanarts.com) will have a "roster" of artists and these artists need to be able to tell people "you can see my work at www.bestamericanarts.com/Arists/BobSmith". But if that person doesn't guess where the capital letters are, the URL will appear to be incorrect...

Making all URLs lowercase would make things a little better, but is not an ideal solution by any means.  Any input would be much appreciated.
