How many users are utilizing the Customer Center?
Customer Center, in my openion, is one of the best feature of NS.
There are many neat features there that are neither complete nor designed well.
A short list of these features need attention:
- Tracking link for various shipping company (for non integrated ones)
- Ability for the customer or us to create a shopping list.
- Ability to add multiple items from "re-order" item list to the shopping cart.
- Unlimited shipping to addresses for each customer
- Outstanding Balance should show only 'outstanding balance' instead of A/R register with confusing numbers. NS can just copy the "make Payment" and change its name to outstanding balance. It shows all current unpaid invoices and unapplied credits.
