Checkout Abondment Increasing
Our checkout abandonment over the last couple of months has been steady, but since last weekend's maintenance it has spiked quite considerably and we are getting numerous complaints about difficulties in viewing categories/product pages and also using the checkout. Can't pin it down to any particular problem, and our staff have not had any difficulty using the site.
Just wondering if anybody else has noticed an increase in customer usage problems and an increase in checkout abandonment?
