Customer Registrations and Access Issues.
I now have a large client using the NetSuite Customer Access functionality and I'm running into a number of issues. I am hoping others would have some experience with these same issues or possible work arounds. Support doesn't seem to understand the issues
Situation
- We do not allow individual Registrations, only Customer level registrations.
- We deal with multiple people at each company, support, IT, purchasers etc. many of these companies are very large so there users do not interact with each other (so no common logins)
- Access to the Knowledgebase, RMA's Warranty Registrations, and Downloads etc are restricted to registered users.
