File cabinet images not showing on web site item detail pages

Many of our images that are stored in netsuite are not displaying on our web site item detail pages... they do however display correctly when viewing from within netsuite.  What is causing this and how can it be fixed?
We have "Available Without Login" set to YES.
We are using Web Site Setup > Image Resizing.
