Customers Can't Complete Web Orders - Please HELP ASAP!!!
Some of our customers can't complete their orders in our web store.
Here's some recent customer feedback from our phone center:
I have had two phone calls this afternoon one right after another with problems with the site at the address point.
The first person reported a problem that the address said North Dakota even though she had put in Florida and an error message saying that the address was incomplete.
The second caller said she received an error at the address page saying page loading but nothing happened. She said she tried on Friday also. So I took it over the phone.
