making a good netsuite robots.txt

at the moment, I have a robots.txt file that excludes all spiders from indexing everything in:

www.mysite.com/core/
www.mysite.com/s.nl/

should anything else be blocked?  Is blocking /s.nl/ going to have any negative ramifications?
