Converting Video for Webstore

I've been told that netsuite's webstore will support and show video if it is a MOV file (Quick Time).  The video segments that I have are in microsoft's AVI format.  I am having a frustrating time at looking for a proper converter online.  Does anyone else know how to easily convert to MOV. files??
